Power supply and environmental requirements
1. Power supply: 380V 3-phase 4-wire 50Hz 2. The ambient temperature around the machine is maintained at +5~+35℃. 3. There must be a water source (ordinary tap water) and a drainage pipe.
Scope of application
This full product meets GB 2423.38-90 "Basic Environmental Test Regulations for Electrical and Electronic Products Test R: Water Test Method", GB/T10485-2007, strictly in accordance with the low-voltage electrical enclosure protection IPX3...IPX4... level GB/T4942.2 -93, GB 4208-93, GB 4706, GB 7000 and other corresponding national standards and technical parameters design and manufacture of other related standards. Can carry out the water test specified by the corresponding standard
Waterproofing test class:
There are waterproof testing requirements for portable, outdoor and automotive electronics. IEC, MIL, ETSI and SAE have formulated corresponding testing requirements internationally.
Rain test box is mainly used in electronic, electrical, aerospace, military and other scientific research units of external lighting, signal devices and car lamp shell protection test.
IEC/EN60529 Waterproofing is divided into 9 classes (Class 0 to Class 8), waterproofing classes (e.g. IPX4- Waterproofing class 4) :
Level 0: completely waterproofing without protection
Level 1: Vertical dripping should have no harmful effect
Level 2: When each vertical plane of the case is tilted within the range of 15°, the vertical dripping shall have no harmful effect
Level 3: Water is sprayed within 60° of each vertical plane, without harmful effects
Level 4: Splashing the shell in all directions has no harmful effect
Level 5: Spraying water in all directions to the enclosure has no harmful effect
